Ten Breaths
A breathing guide that floats over your Mac screen.
For the nervous minutes before an interview, a sales call, or a 1-1 with your manager, or in the middle of one, when a question lands and you still need to look composed on camera. A soft circle guides your breathing on top of whatever is on your screen, and nobody on the other side can see it. Three techniques, all backed by published research, and nothing leaves your Mac.

pooml (Poor Man’s Logger)
Logs, metrics, dashboards, and alerts in one small SQLite-backed binary. Built for self-hosters, queried with plain SQL.
pooml skips the custom query dialect: logs and metrics live in SQLite tables, and you query them with plain SQL. Ship logs from FluentBit, push metrics over OTLP or scrape Prometheus endpoints, draw dashboards, and get alerts on your phone. It also comes with an MCP server, so your AI assistant can ask “what broke last night?” against your own instance.
Forq
A message queue powered by SQLite, for workloads that don’t need Kafka.
Forq is the missing middle between embedded libraries and enterprise solutions: a simple HTTP API with four endpoints, one table schema, retries with exponential backoff, and at-least-once delivery. Minimal configuration by design, with SDKs for Go, Java, and TypeScript.
